Vicerè Carni is a meat and food wholesaler that has traded in Rome for more than fifty years, based in the Ostiense area near the Pyramid. Its core business is domestic beef, fresh and frozen, sold as half-carcasses, quarters, anatomical cuts, portions and burgers, vacuum-packed or in protective atmosphere. Cutting and portioning to order are done in an in-house workshop authorised by the Ministry of Health, with an EC approval mark. The warehouse also stocks frozen goods, groceries and non-food items. Customers include schools, religious institutions, canteens and military bodies, as well as restaurants, pizzerias, bars and bistros, with delivery to the door. For restaurants, cafés and bars it supplies meat portioned to their specifications alongside pantry goods and consumables.
