Sir&Će is a Belgrade company, registered in 2009, that imports food from small Italian producers. Cheese is the core of the range: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from Caseificio Cavola 993, Pecorino Sardo DOP from Debbene Bussu, and cheeses from Beppino Occelli. It also imports Leonardi balsamic vinegar, Accademia Olearia extra virgin olive oil from Sardinia, mortadella, pasta, tomato sauces, and vegetable specialities from Puglia made by I Contadini. Its products are sold through delis, wine shops and markets in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Clients include Belgrade hotels, restaurants, bistros and wine bars. It supplies restaurants, cafés and bars with Italian cheeses and pantry products for the kitchen and the menu.
