The range covers gelato bases and pastes, chocolate and cocoa, creams, almond paste, flours, sugars, yeasts and improvers, bread mixes, egg products, frozen goods and packaging. Brands it distributes include Irca, Ferrero, Domori Professional, Cesarin and Italia Zuccheri. Since 2021 it has operated from a logistics hub of about 3,400 sq m in San Cesareo, with 18 refrigerated vehicles of its own and around 40 staff, delivering across the provinces of Rome, Latina and Frosinone. For restaurants, cafés and bars with their own pastry kitchen it is a one-stop source for dessert, gelato and baking ingredients.
