Ciniglio Food Service is a food and drink wholesaler that has operated in Rome and Lazio since 1994, based in the east of the city. The range covers packaged groceries, fresh products, dairy and cheese, cured meats, meat, frozen food, drinks and non-food items, including two own selections: Ruka Beef and Roma Pelati tomatoes. Sales are organised by area across Rome and its province, each covered by an agent; orders can be placed through the agent, by phone or via the online portal, and are usually delivered within 24 hours. The company also runs tastings, cooking demonstrations and training. For restaurants, cafés and bars it offers a single supplier for pantry, fresh and frozen goods, with a dedicated sales contact.
