Caffè Rinaldi is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Ciampino, in the province of Rome. The family has run a bar and pastry shop in the town for more than forty years, and in 2020 opened a new site with a roasting lab, a shop and a specialty coffee bar. It roasts weekly on a 5 kg Probat, with a separate roast profile for each origin, and sources green coffee from around the world, aiming for direct contact with growers. Coffee is packed in 250 g or 1 kg valve bags with the roast date printed and shipped the working day after ordering. It runs a wholesale service for coffee shops, restaurants and food shops. For restaurants, cafés and bars it offers freshly roasted specialty and single-origin coffee.
