Caffè Paranà is a Rome coffee roaster founded in 1960 and now run by the third generation of the family, with its roastery in the Portuense area. It has worked with bars and restaurants for more than sixty years, roasting each batch to traditional times and temperatures and buying coffee directly from growers. The range includes whole-bean blends (Espresso, Dolce, Cremoso), a decaf, the Super Crema ground blend and coffee in pods and capsules. Beyond Italy, it exports to more than thirty countries. For trade customers it offers a dedicated service with an up-to-date price list, technical sheets for each blend, volume-based pricing and scheduled deliveries across Italy. For restaurants, cafés and bars it offers espresso blends roasted in Rome, on terms matched to each venue's volumes.
