Romoli Mkt is a food wholesaler in south Rome that grew out of a family business started in the 1980s, long focused on cured meats and cheese and broadened to other categories from 2016. The catalogue runs to more than 5,000 lines: fresh and aged cheeses, regional specialities and dairy such as fior di latte, buffalo mozzarella from Campania, ricotta, butter, mascarpone and cream, plus cured meats, fish, preserves, tinned goods, drinks, HACCP cleaning products, disposables and pizza boxes. Customers include pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, caterers, supermarkets, grocers and butchers. Orders are placed by phone or online form; those received by 1 pm are delivered anywhere in Rome within 24 hours by its own vans. For restaurants, cafés and bars it supplies dairy, cured meats and consumables from a single source.
