Luxittica is a fish supplier with a warehouse in western Rome that works only with restaurants, hotels, caterers and institutional catering, with no sales to private customers. It handles fresh fish from the daily catch, farmed fish, shellfish and frozen products; species include dentex, turbot, John Dory, gilthead bream and pandora. Staff help customers choose what to buy and prepare the fish cleaned and packed. The warehouse is open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Sunday delivery is also available. For restaurants, cafés and bars it offers fish that is cleaned and ready for the kitchen, with service that continues through the weekend.
