Amisur is a fish and seafood wholesaler based in Fregene, on the coast west of Rome, trading since 1972 and selling only to trade customers. It handles fresh fish whole, in steaks or filleted, crustaceans and shellfish, as well as frozen, smoked and brined fish. On request it cleans, guts and fillets the fish. Alongside these lines it supplies non-fish frozen goods such as pasta, vegetables, meat, fried snacks and desserts, plus fresh and preserved groceries. It delivers across Rome and the province every day, Sundays included; orders are taken Monday to Saturday until 1 pm and on Sunday mornings. Customers include restaurants, pizzerias, hot-food counters, hotels, pubs, fishmongers and institutions. For restaurants, cafés and bars it offers prepared fresh fish and delivery seven days a week.
