Šef koncept is a Zemun-based company, registered in 2022, that supplies restaurants, hotels, caterers and other professional kitchens. Its range includes cheese, kajmak and cream, fresh and frozen meat, grilling meat, frozen fish and seafood, cured meats, and homemade pasta and gnocchi, both locally produced and imported. Besides ingredients, it prepares ready-made à la carte and sous-vide dishes and, by arrangement, does final preparation in the client's kitchen. It delivers across Belgrade, Obrenovac, Lazarevac and Valjevo, as well as to Kopaonik and Vrnjačka Banja. The minimum order depends on location and product type, and quotes are built from the list the client sends. It gives restaurants, cafés and bars a range and delivery schedule tailored to each venue.
